rodin3ds.com is an independent guide to Rodin AI, not the official Hyper3D product site (see our About page). This page does two things: summarizes what Hyper3D's own Privacy Policy says about your data if you use Rodin, and explains how this site itself handles visitor data. If anything here conflicts with Hyper3D's published policy, the published policy controls.
Two different privacy relationships
It's worth separating these clearly. Hyper3D's Privacy Policy governs data collected when you create a Rodin account and generate content on hyper3d.ai - that's what most of this page summarizes, sourced from Hyper3D's own published policy. rodin3ds.com's own practices govern data collected when you simply browse this independent guide site - covered separately near the bottom of this page. We don't have access to your Rodin account data either way.
What Hyper3D collects when you use Rodin

Session and persistent cookies
On hyper3d.ai, cookies are used for authentication, security, analytics, and personalizing the service. Device ID cookies specifically expire after 21 days. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though the policy notes this may limit some site functionality.

Requests go to hello@deemos.com - Hyper3D's own contact, also referenced on the Terms & Conditions page. rodin3ds.com cannot action these requests, since we don't operate the Rodin product or store your account data; see our own contact page only for questions about this independent site itself. On marketing: Hyper3D's policy states data isn't currently used for marketing, but if that changes, users would get an opt-out via the email above, with non-marketing communications (like account or billing notices) continuing regardless.
Under-14 data isn't knowingly collected by Rodin
The Rodin service does not knowingly collect data from children under 14. The policy asks parents to use parental controls, and states that Hyper3D will investigate and delete any data inadvertently collected from a child if it's identified.
How rodin3ds.com itself handles visitor data
Separately from anything above: rodin3ds.com is an independent, ad-supported content site (see our About page). Like most sites of this kind, it uses standard web analytics and Google-served advertising, which may set cookies or use similar technology to measure traffic and serve ads. We don't require an account to read this site, we don't collect Rodin prompts or generated content (we don't have access to that data at all), and we don't sell visitor data to third parties beyond the standard advertising infrastructure any ad-supported site relies on.
